At Dalioo.store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
1. Returns
You may request a return within [7/14/30] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Certain items are non-returnable (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).
To start a return, please contact us at support@dalioo.store. We will provide instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@dalioo.store with photos of the issue and your order number.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Sale or clearance items (if marked “final sale”)
5. Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to stop shipment.
